We are recruiting for a Finishing Operative – Masking & Abrasive Clean
Location: Denham, UB9 | Salary: £26,110
Hours: Mon–Thurs 8am–5pm, Fri 8am–12pm

We’re hiring a skilled Finishing Operative to join a leading aerospace company in Denham. You’ll prepare and finish precision components through masking, abrasive cleaning, and bead blasting — helping deliver life-saving products to the highest standards.

What you’ll do as a Finishing Operative:

• Masking, bead blasting, and surface prep
• Reading engineering drawings
• Following strict health & safety and COSHH rules

What we need:

• Experience in masking, blasting, or surface prep
• Manufacturing/engineering background
• Strong attention to detail
