Hours: 40–45 hours per week
Location: Basingstoke, RG21
Rate: £19.00 – £21.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Welder Fabricator to join a busy steel fabrication workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for ongoing work with consistent hours.

Duties will include:

• MIG welding and fabrication of structural steel components
• Reading and working from technical drawings
• Cutting, shaping, and assembling steel sections
• Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in a workshop environment
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
