Salary: £26,822 per annum 
Hours: 37 hours per week | Mon-Thurs: 8am-5pm | Fri: 8am-12pm

We’re recruiting for a number of Logistic Stores Operatives to join a highly successful and long-established aerospace manufacturer in Denham. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants clear career progression in a clean, structured, and safety-focused environment.

This role supports the production of critical aerospace components used in advanced and life-saving technology.

The Role

As a Logistics Stores Operative, you’ll be responsible for ensuring parts and materials flow smoothly through the manufacturing process. This is a physically active role involving standing, manual handling, picking, and packing throughout the day.

• Picking, packing, and labelling aerospace parts accurately
• Working with high-value precision components
• Checking batch numbers, quantities, and part data using SAP
• Supporting goods-in, internal stores, and dispatch operations
• Carrying out visual quality checks and maintaining records
• Preparing materials for production and on-time delivery
• Using forklifts, pallet stackers, scissor lifts, and saws (full training provided)

What We’re Looking for

• Proven experience in a stores, warehouse, or logistics role within industrial manufacturing
• Backgrounds from aerospace, automotive, rail, defence, or precision engineering are highly desirable
• Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for long periods
• Confident handling tools, components, and materials
• Basic IT skills (SAP experience is a plus, not essential)
• Reliable with a stable employment history
• Strong attention to detail and a team-focused attitude
