Location: Chalgrove, Oxfordshire
Salary: £26000 - £27000 - 9% Pension Scheme, Regular overtime
Shifts: Monday - Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Friday 8 am-12noon

What You’ll Do:

• Handle explosive materials and components with care.
• Accurately interpret assembly drawings and production documents.
• Assemble components to precise tolerances using specialized equipment.
• Conduct self-inspections and quality checks.
• Update SAP systems to ensure accurate work progress tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

• Production/manufacturing experience in a similar environment.
• Basic understanding of engineering drawings and health & safety procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Team player who can also work independently under pressure.
