Salary: £14.00–£16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

MTS Recruitment is a specialist Technical & Construction Recruitment Agency looking for a Graduate Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate looking to begin a professional career in recruitment. You'll receive full training while gaining hands-on experience supporting live recruitment campaigns within the manufacturing, engineering and construction sectors.

The Role

• Advertising live vacancies across multiple job boards
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
• Managing candidate applications and responding to enquiries
• Searching and maintaining our CRM database
• Writing engaging job adverts
• Speaking confidently with candidates by telephone, email and WhatsApp
• Providing administrative support to our recruitment consultants
• Assisting with a variety of live recruitment projects

What We're Looking For

• Degree educated (or equivalent qualification)
• Excellent IT and computer skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated, proactive and eager to learn
• Able to prioritise workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in recruitment

No previous recruitment experience is required full training and ongoing support will be provided.
