Workshop Technician - Miller

You still have time to apply.   We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer – Miller for one of our manufacturing clients based in Acton, West London. A specialist manufacturer that designs, builds, and supplies  high field superconducting magnets and low - temperature measurement systems.

• £34000k plus   depending on experience 
• Monday to Friday, flexitime (8 hours per day between 6am–5pm)

The Role
You will be programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines in a modern workshop, producing high-precision components for advanced engineering projects.

Key Skills & Experience Required

• Completed engineering apprenticeship (minimum 4 years)
• Strong CNC milling experience (manual experience also useful)
• Ability to program, set, and operate independently
• Good attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
• Reliable with good communication skills
• Team player with a proactive approach
• Experience in working on machines/controls e.g. Siemens or Prototrak ZYZ would be to your advantage

Desirable

• Turning experience
• Toolmaking background
