We are currently recruiting for a Junior Project / Contract Manager to support the delivery of projects within the construction, highways, and streetworks sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in project or contract management.

Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience)
• Car allowance
• 20 days holiday (rising to 25) + bank holidays

• Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Support project delivery and contract administration
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordination of works
• Organise labour, plant, and materials
• Conduct site visits and surveys
• Maintain project records and documentation
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in construction, highways, or streetworks (preferred)
• Highways Works, NRSWA Permitting, on-street installations and be British school educated.
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• 2 years of experience in a similar junior project management or contract administration role
• A technical aptitude 
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Full UK driving licence
