Hours: 40–45 hours per week
Salary: £19.00 – £21.00 per hour (depending on experience)

We’re currently seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join a busy and well-established steel fabrication workshop in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic opportunity for ongoing, stable work with consistent hours and a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• MIG welding and fabrication of structural steel components
• Reading and interpreting technical/engineering drawings
• Cutting, shaping, and assembling steel sections to specification
• Ensuring all work meets high quality and safety standards
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder Fabricator in a workshop setting
• Strong ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
