Salary: Up to £35,000 + overtime | 9% pension | 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Location: Denham, UB9 | Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–5pm (early finish 12pm Fridays)
Own transport required – no sponsorship offered

Join a respected aerospace engineering company as a Final Assembly Operative and play a key role in building life-saving components. You’ll assemble and inspect precision mechanical parts, including seat pans, main beams, and survival kits, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You’ll Do as a final assembly operative

• Assemble complex components using hand tools and engineering drawings
• Conduct inspections and certify assemblies
• Record progress using SAP
• Maintain tools and work areas to strict aerospace standards
• Follow all safety, FOD, and ESD protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• Manufacturing or precision assembly experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Skilled with hand tools and IT systems
• Aerospace experience is a bonus
• GCSEs 3–7 (or equivalent)
