Salary: £27,000–£30,000 + overtime (approx. £16.00/hour)
Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 (Friday early finish)

What We Need from a Finishing Operative:
- Experience as a Rumbling Operative, Finishing Operative, or similar role
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Reliable, self-motivated team player
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment
- Engineering or mechanical qualifications
