Salary: £29,000 + overtime opportunities
Hours: Monday–Friday 8am–5pm (early finish Fridays)

What You’ll Be Doing in a Metal Finishing Operative - Anodising 

• Carry out manual and automated metal finishing processes
• Perform anodising, passivation, masking, and jigging
• Inspect components to ensure exacting standards
• Handle process chemicals and specialist equipment safely
• Work to strict aerospace quality and safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven metal finishing experience, anodising essential
• Background in engineering, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, proactive, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment
