We are currently looking for a talented Storeman for our client in Uxbridge.
Job Role:
1.To assist in the operation of our Finished Goods section, including incoming visual inspection, stock control, packing for dispatch, generation of shipping documents, and despatching and invoicing of goods for customers
2.To assist in the operation of our Incoming Goods section, including the inspection of glass and other goods, and the input of received goods into our Stock Control system.
Skill requirements for Storeman role:
Competent with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good and intelligible phone manner
A significant part of the role requires good mobility and dexterity for the handling, storage, and packing for despatch of the products.
Many aspects of the role are carried out in a standing position and so the candidate must be capable of working in a standing position for extended periods of time.

Good multi-tasking skills
Good written and spoken English
Other attributes and useful previous experience:
Knowledge of Stock Control Systems, and Invoicing and shipping procedures
Computer Literate
Fork lift operator experience
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am to 3:30 pm
Friday: 7:30 am to 12:30 pm
37.5 hours per week
Salary: £8.91/hr for PAYE
