Kyle comes from a recruitment background, having worked carried out the job in both sales and construction prior to joining MTS. His experience menas construction recruitment is second nature to him.
He understands the value of good communication in the job, that you need to have all the right information about the role and the candidates and put that across clearly and understandably. He explains that his job is representing the client and the candidate is representing him. Understanding the calibre from both sides is vital.
“Essentially, it’s about asking the right questions,” he says. “What do you do? Where have you been? Who do you know? What does the future hold? And probably, most importantly: How can I help?"

In his spare time, Kyle is a family man and spends most of his time with his partner and daughter, but still manages to get to the pub to watch his beloved Chelsea play and get in the odd round of golf.
“I really like to cook, too,” he says, “but I’m still a way off from appearing on Master Chef!”.
